A group of 10 of us from The Harris Academy did the 1st So Cal Tough Mudder Event for 2012.  This was an 11 mile course with MULTIPLE challenging obstacles.  It was grueling but everyone made it.  Below is the “Official Video” from the event.

Here is a video of Sheila Bird winning her latest MMA fight.  Sheila is a Black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Professor Roy Harris.  In this fight she chokes Kim Couture unconscious with the Scissor Choke.  It took the referee a while to stop the fight even after Kim was out.  Kim is Randy Couture’s ex-wife.
